Refunds and cancellations
Cancel any time in two clicks from your account page, and get your money back in the first 7 days if it isn't for you.
Last updated 15 October 2026. Memberships open on 1 December 2026; until then everything on the site is free and there's nothing to refund.

What doesn't qualify for a refund: how your bets went, or a run of projections that didn't cover. The product is the data and tools, not a result.
When we'll always refund, whatever the date
- You were charged twice or charged after cancelling.
- Paid features were unavailable for more than 7 days in a row through our fault; you get a pro rata refund or credit.
- You're entitled to one under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded, and these terms don't limit them.
How to ask: email hello@thedropcoverage.com from your account email. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
