Terms of use

1. Who we are. Drop Coverage (thedropcoverage.com) is run by Dale Crotty, trading as DC Sports Writing, ABN 68 393 860 438, Melbourne, Australia ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide. NBA data and analytics: player projections, bookmaker lines, hit rates, matchup data, a public track record and related tools. It's information to help you form your own view.

3. Not advice, not a bookmaker. Nothing on the site is betting, financial or professional advice, or a recommendation to place any bet. We don't accept bets, hold money for betting, or have any commercial arrangement with a bookmaker. Projections are estimates and are often wrong. Past results, including our track record, don't predict future results. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

4. Age. You must be 18 or older to use the site, or 21 or older where you live if that is the legal age for sports betting there. Don't use the site where sports betting is illegal.

5. Accounts and subscriptions. Everything on the site is free until 30 November 2026. From 1 December 2026, paid plans (monthly or season pass) give one person access to paid features for the period paid for. Don't share your login. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include any tax we're required to charge. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; the season pass ends at the close of the NBA Finals for the season bought and doesn't renew automatically. 6. Accuracy and availability. Data comes from third-party sources and our own models, and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Lines can move after we show them. The site may be unavailable at times. We'll fix errors we find, but we don't guarantee accuracy or uptime.

7. Your use of our content. You can use the site and its downloads for your own personal use. You can't resell, republish or scrape our data, or redistribute downloads, without our written permission. Sharing a screenshot or a single figure with credit to Drop Coverage is fine. The public JSON files described on the open data page can be used with a link back to thedropcoverage.com.

8. Conduct. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the site, get around the paywall, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any betting losses or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown on the site, or emailed to paying members, at least 14 days before they apply.

11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
